Recognizing that cats communicate to us about everything but their health, OdourLock set out to empower pet parents with proactive care. OdourLock maxCare featured patented Blücare granules, pet owners could use to detect early signs of feline health issues like urinary tract diseases and diabetes. The challenge was to position it as a premium product from its standard range and communicate its unique value in a crowded market. 

We tapped into the emotional bond between pet parents and their cats, crafting a campaign that reassured owners they could care for their cats’ health with ease. A clinical yet approachable design emphasized maxCare’s innovation and clarity with a 5-in-1 health indicator and 40-day odour guarantee. 

“Cats talk about everything except their health” was brought to life through relatable videos, influencer collaborations and digital activations. The clean white and blue packaging stood out, signifying quality and trust. 

Launched in September 2023, maxCare quickly gained traction, especially in the U.S., redefining feline health care and reinforcing OdourLock’s leadership in pet care innovation.
