The Challenge

B2B Campaign – Master Group, the largest distributor of heating and comfort equipment in Canada, mandated PIGEON to create the name, develop the identity and produce sales materials to generate interest among retailers to distribute and offer the new line of Moovair products.

B2C Campaign – Raise awareness of the new brand and encourage consumers to consider Moovair for their next heat pump purchase. Targeted campaign with potential buyers of heat pumps in Quebec, more specifically in Greater Montreal and Greater Quebec.

The Solution

In addition to developing a new name and a new unique and distinctive brand identity, PIGEON produced and deployed a performance digital campaign intending to acquire “leads”. We used media tactics to generate maximum traffic at the lowest CPC cost.

The Results

SEM and social placements generated excellent results in terms of clicks and conversions. The SEM offered the best CTR, CPC, and the best conversion rate. The campaign resulted in a 374% increase in phone calls and a 278% increase in online quotes.
