PIGEON announces the addition of Emily Joannisse to the agency’s growing team of full-service communication professionals. 

As part of PIGEON’S continued investment and efforts in its employees’ growth and development, Emily Joannisse has been appointed as the Executive Director of Talent and Operations. Emily brings over 15 years of agency experience at organizations like Sid Lee and BBR, where she fostered collaboration across all disciplines and contributed to engagement and culture. Emily has worked with numerous talented and gifted agency leaders where she put her experience to work on all fronts: talent management, people and agency operations, recruitment, building a strong and organic culture, corporate initiatives and policies, engagement drivers, communications and many more.
